How it works
We like to keep things simple. Here’s how:
Get in touch. Call us, fill in our contact form, drop us an email, or WhatsApp us, whatever works for you.
Tell us how we can help. Let us know what you need and we’ll talk you through your solution. Sending a few photos often helps, or we can pop round to take a look. We’ll give you a price for the work and explain exactly what we will do. You don’t pay a penny at this point.
Book your slot. Once you’re ready, we’ll agree a date and time that suits you.
Order materials. You're welcome to provide your own materials, or we can save you the headache. In some cases we'll need to collect payment for materials in advance to make sure we're fully prepped for your job.
Helpful reminders. You’ll get a polite reminder message in the 24 hours before we arrive.
Can’t make the date? We know things change, so if you need to cancel or reschedule it's completely free of charge, just let us know as soon as you can.
On the day. We’ll arrive on time and start work straight away. We’ll keep you updated on progress throughout and ensure everything stays tidy.
Job done! Once the work is completed and you’re happy with the end result, the balance is due. We’ll check back afterwards to make sure everything is exactly as you expected.
